Central Berkshire Ghost Hunters Were asked to assist  Berkshire Paranormal Group in a Residential Investigation

 This 3 story Victorian was built in 1832 by Sanford Blackington and occupied by O. A. Archer. The current resident has lived there for 20 years with three children, and the house has been in the family for several generations. A family member died in the estate and another family member attempted suicide in the house and finally did take his own life in a detached garage on the property.

Claims of Paranormal Activity
One of the children has seen a small girl since he was 3.
A girl’s voice calls for mama.
Beds shake.
The door to the attic has slammed shut on its own.
Footsteps are heard in the attic.

Initial Set-up
Base camp was set up in the kitchen and manned by Josh Mantello of BPG. A cordless night shot camera was set up in the master bedroom, but the main focus of the investigation would be in the computer room and the attic where most of the activity occurred.

Temperature
Temperatures throughout the house ranged from 68 to 72 degrees and remained constant through the night.

Personal Experiences
1. While in the computer room Paul of CBGH was speaking to the home owner and her son Paul stated that he was going to do a temperature reading around the room. When the home owner’s son started talking about the girl that he sees the room got cold. Paul then asked whatever was in the room to change the temperature. It took a little while but the temperature did drop 3 degrees when Paul asked whatever was in the room to do this. The home owners son was talking to the girl he sees and asked if she is his protector at that moment the door that leads from the computer room to the living room opened on its own the home owners daughter was sitting by the door but not close enough to open it. When the door did open the home owner’s daughter got scared and said I’m out of here. 
2. While in the attic Paul, Josh, John, Bob, the Home owner, 2 of her children and a friend were all at left side of the attic and started a Franks Ghost Box Session Paul, Josh, John and the home owner were asking questions with great results. These results to be posted soon. At one point Josh and Paul both looked at each other due to seeing a shadow on the other side of the attic the only thing that was said was did you see that. Josh went to the other side of the attic only to be pushed by something unseen. Paul then went to the same side of the attic felt a cold spot and said I don’t know about this and at that point a voice came over Frank’s Ghost box that said chicken… Paul was offended by what was said and was very vocal about it. Paul then was told by Josh there was a bat in the room at that point he was punched in the stomach by an unseen force.

CONCLUSIONS
With the evidence that was gathered I know that E.V.P.’s and personal experience is not what we should go by to call a place haunted but I do have to say this. There is a great amount of Paranormal Activity at this residence.
